This notice explains what personal data Epomenos collects through this website and job applications, and how we handle it.
Browsing this site
- No cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts or fonts.
- Like any website, the server that delivers these pages processes technical data such as your IP address so that it can send you the page and protect the site from abuse.
Job applications
When you email careers@epomenos.com, we receive what you send us: usually your name, contact details, CV and links to your work.
- We use it only to assess your application and to contact you about it.
- Only the people involved in hiring can see it.
- We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or use it for automated decisions.
- If you're not hired, we delete your application within 12 months of receiving it, or sooner if you ask. If you join us, it becomes part of your employment records.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@epomenos.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
